He doesn't have the social problems that the kids do however. As a child he stayed to himself a lot. Books and electronics were his friends. What I have noticed is that the boys take our idiosyncrasies and quirks to a whole other level! I think we all would like to lay blame to give an answer to that question. Why my kid??? For me it's why my kids!?

Hope you're doing well.Karen Wesley Writeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02337598132381046024noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1873479349447813718.post-89758306646643691062010-11-04T18:20:52.642-07:002010-11-04T18:20:52.642-07:00Kids! Blam...I've been doing a lot of thinking lately. Blaming maybe as well, as to why C has Aspergers. What did I do, what could I have done, etc. I've noticed lately that his dad has so many of the same attributes as he does. I wonder, hmmm, does his dad have aspergers. On Dr. N's blog, he states that a lot of dad's of aspergers children have it as well. They work in the computer industry- check, that's my husband to a "T". You talk about social cues, saying exactly what is on your mind without filtering it first, that is my husband and son as well. Is it hereditary? I should research that.
